How to save your time, money and sanity in the kitchen!

person cooking from scratch in the kitchen

Stuck in a cooking rut or finding it hard to enjoy cooking?

It’s okay if you don’t like it, but what if it could become a little less dreadful?

One thing that really helps me enjoy cooking is being prepared ahead of time with a well-stocked kitchen.

It’s too difficult to constantly follow recipes and buy random ingredients that I may only use once.

What I’ve discovered instead that saves time AND money in the kitchen, is stocking my fridge and pantry according to my food lifestyle. My definition of a food lifestyle is stocking, cooking and eating the foods and flavors you really love and that align with your health goals.

For example, I love sweet and savory dishes, especially Asian-inspired flavors, so I always have soy or teriyaki sauce stocked in my pantry and use it all the time to make sauces, marinades, and different dishes.

In my Foundations of Cooking webinar, I guide you through:

  • why you should care about cooking/what the research says about the importance of knowing how to cook

  • how to define your individual food lifestyle (and you will be actually mapping this out yourself during the webinar)

  • what foods and flavors complement each other, so you know what to pair together when cooking

  • how to stock your kitchen so that you save time and money

  • how to start menu planning in a very easy, direct and non-intimidating way

If you’re not sure, go ahead and watch the first part of the Foundations of Cooking webinar for free, and see if it’s the path you want to take.

You deserve to feel empowered in the kitchen and to start enjoying cooking!
