I love cooking in general, especially when I was just cooking for my husband and myself. Once we had kids, I started dreading that time of day and not wanting to make dinner...I found myself in a cooking rut!

Once I found the formula for making quick, easy, nutritious meals, I stopped dreading dinner time and started really enjoying it again. It took some time and practice, but don’t all things in life that are worth it? 

There are no gimmicks here though, and no crazy tricks. Just some fundamentals of cooking, prepping, planning and practicing. It’s also about you making it a protected time for yourself.
